Solar power is silent, so it is difficult to spot errors or failures. As later defective it will be more losses. Therefore, is needed a reliable monitoring system that can monitor the operation of power plants, and send someone to fix the element which is defective.

Such a system measure daily, weekly and monthly energy production. In addition it is possible to measure the size of which may affect the operation of power plants of solar radiation, temperature, wind speed, etc. An example of such a system is a datalogger from company PowerOne.
